I spend 750 dollars last week on items from pandora. Since then I have had several problems with the merchandise a charm broke in half. The young lady in the store did want to exchange the item she told me it was my fault. The jewelry is not as good as it was before. However, the prices are higher. I won’t be returning or buying any more jewelry from pandora.

Went to Pandora to purchase new charms. As I was deciding on which debit card to use and handed it to the clerk she asked me if I had an ID. I have never had an employee at this location ask for an ID. I felt discriminated against or racially profiled all because I couldn’t decide on a debit card. Not only that if I have you my information and email in the computer to verify purchases there was no need for an ID. They did not ask the white customer for an ID when she was making a purchase the same time as me. That’s what made me question the customer service. I chose to take the higher route at my store visits and not embarrass this employee for poor service.

The staff could be more friendly, specifically customer associate Sam, her customer approach to resolve an issue is aggressive.

Up entering the store, I did the proper protocol of sanitizing my hands because of COVID. There were several other customers inside shopping as well. My boyfriend and I were the only African Americans (black) in the store at the time. As the associate was assisting us, she let it be known that she was not allowed to touch my bracelet due to COVID but as I look to my right, left and in front of me, you had associates showing customers pieces as the customer and associates pick through and they were touching over everything. I brought that to the last assisting me at the time. And yes the other customers were Caucasian (white). I’ve visited this store and bought a couple pieces right after Christmas and I did not experience this treatment. The young last then was very helpful and allowed me to touch and look at different pieces, even put them on for me.

The lady that helped was in a rush. She keeps on saying that she haven’t sold the new pandora me collection and is not familiar with it. Keeps on telling her workmate that she needs to stretch.

On Dec I purchase a bracelet with grandchildren’s birthstones. One child was due in Feb. I asked if it could be exchanged if the baby came later. Clerk said yes. Drove 6 hrs to be told “you must call” no exchange purchased another stone $54.50. Customer service never tells the consumer you must call. I did not call to make the purchase.

The Sales Associate made me feel like I should not be shopping there. I came there to exchange a Bracelet that my Boyfriend ebought me for my birthday on 4/29 from another Pandora store. Both Sale ladies told me I should go back there outside this region. They were not helpful at all maybe because I'm Black Female I tried to ignore my feeling and still purchased the charm I like. They gave me a card to call customer support. I will never go back there again. I drove 45 minutes from my home to recieved the worst customer service from a Pandora Associates in Mt. Pleasant. Sad thing is that I love Pandora jewelry.

Sales associate was so helpful and sweet. Store is clean and beautiful and I was helped upon entering the store.

We (mother/daughter) went into Towne Center Pandora to pick out a necklace for mom’s best friend’s daughter. The sales associate, Elizah, was quick to offer us assistance, but was clearly bothered by our asking to see different sizes/charms/etc. She snapped back at my mom multiple times when my mom asked to see different trays of charms or to see the charms on the necklace. We still followed through with the purchase because it was not from us, but clearly Elizah was not remotely willing to help us sans attitude.
