I purchased a bracelet on Black Friday and when I received it it was damaged. I went to the store to exchange it and was told I would have to pay the difference because they were unable to honor the sale on Black Friday. I also tried contacting the online store and was given same information.

My experience was horrible in ya Store the young lady had a very bad attitude I’m trying explain what I was returning she cut me off asking for receipt I had the receipt it was on the counter she still proceeds to say u can exchange but not return o said I didn’t say I return I want a bigger size but if I want to return I can because the items is not discontinued so she still act like she had a attitude i don’t no if it was because she was pregnant or she just didn’t want be there but I spent 400 on line I just had to make some adjustments but I definitely will never go in this store ever because of her attitude and definitely want recommended no one else there

I went to purchase a necklace to go with my charm bc my necklace broke. The one I purchased was too big for my charm. When I went to exchange it I was then told it was a final sale and could not be exchanged. Had I known that before purchasing I would have tried my charm to see if it fit. I drove 45 minutes for nothing on 2 sundays!

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return.
