Very nice girl that helped us

Sales rep was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. This was my first experience ever shopping in Pandora. I was just browsing for my daughter unsure if I would make a purchase, because I didn’t have a lot of time to spare. My transaction was completed in less than 10mins. I am HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. Pandora is definitely setting high expectations for customer service! To the Rock star that completed my transaction, Thank you my daughter loved her Pandora gifts.

My experience was excellent and sales associate was very professional

Well first I would like to say what caught my attention was the 50% off sale for select items. I’d had never been in pandora before to actually buy anything but when I did it was an awesome experience. I got asked if I needed help right away , she was so nice and helped me with my complete purchase she knew about everything and made me want to come back. The employees made my purchase much more special.
