Came in looking for a birthday gift for my mother in law. First time I’ve ever been in the store. It’s seriously such a cute store! Friendly girls were able to help me and my husband find exactly what we were looking for.

I forgot the lady who was assisting me and my boyfriend but she was the friendliest worker I have ever met. She showed us many different options and styles and showed us things in our price point. I later came in with my mom and was treated by a different lady who also exceed expectations. I had a wonderful experiences shopping here.

Pandora associates were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was promptly greeted with a smile. I informed my sales associate I was there to shop for my wife BD and was understanding and very patient while I considered options. On my request, she held up earrings to her ear so I could have a visual idea what it would look like on my wife.

The ladies in the Southland store always sweet and helpful. I love going in there just to look even if I don’t make a purchase. It’s not often that you get great customer service now days. So I appreciate it when I do.

The people were very friendly. Asked what we were looking for. I was looking for a ring it was my birthday and it was a gift from my daughter .

The employees are always very professional and knowledgeable my last visit I thought I had ruin my bracelets I was told to give them 20 minutes and they would have them looking like new again and that they did very satisfied excellent customer service

Upon entering the store the sales associate Jasmine approached my husband and I with a big beautiful smile!!! She was AWESOME throughout our entire encounter. She’s a very personable person and that is a WONDERFUL trait to have!!!! She is very knowledgeable about the products and she made my shopping experience at the Southland Pandora a spectator one!!!

Jasmine is very excellent and have great customer service!!! She took her time explained e everything to me and a very beautiful personality.
