My shopping experience in pandora was great. The associate was very happy to assist in my selection; she cleaned my other bracelet and made sure that I was in the system to receive emails. My other bracelet was a gift plus I shopped at a boutique for my charms so I wasn’t in the system; not anymore now. She took her time and gave me feedback on my selections!!

The sales associate was patient with us as we had many questions and we were trying different combinations of merchandise. I have had unpleasant impatient people in the past and this time i did mot feel rushed or like i was bothering anyone to look at many items.

Rachel was a fantastic sale associate. During my visit, she was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She answered all of my questions in great detail and also answered some of my questions before I could even ask! fantastic customer service!! As if she knew what I already wanted to buy! Amazing service. I will definitely be coming back at this location.

The sales associate greeted us immediately upon entering the store, with a great attitude. She was very knowledgeable in all of the products and how everything works. As a first time shopper, going in there not knowing anything other than having charmed bracelets, she made the experience truly wonderful.
