We were approached by a very friendly sales associate when we entered the store. I had a problem with my bracelet. She took one look at it, consulted with a manager and immediately said she was going to swap it out for a new one, no questions asked. I purchased 2 additional charms and had multiple forms of payment with she addressed with a smile.

Customer service was excellent and her knowledge of the merchandise.

I loved having a store dedicated to nothing but Pandora. My sales associate was professional and pleasant. While I was looking she also took time to show my children some items they are considering purchasing for Mother's day and my birthday.

As soon as I entered I was greeted with smiles and immediately helped. The associates answers to my questions weee very prompt. I was even given a complimentary bag to keep my bracelet in and I’ve had my bracelet for many years and purchased many charms and was never offered this gift.

My sales person was Haley and she was very friendly and helpful, she made my trip to the Pandora store very worthwhile. She was very accommodating and assisted me with professionalism and respect. She responded to all my questions and even gave me a booklet on how to care for my bracelet. I do wish some of the other employees were more friendly looking, while I was looking around waiting for my bracelet to be cleaned, a employee kept staring at me making me feel very uncomfortable. I understand it's a small store but me and her locked eye contact which made me feel uncomfortable. Besides that, I would definitely return to this store due to its wide variety of items and the cleanliness of this store. Thank you Haley again!
