Victoria the general Manager and jhosim helped me I really enjoyed my time with them they where like spending time with family, they took there time and cleaned my bracelet and the charms and showed me different charms on my bracelet . also it just felt so warm in the store i called the night before at 8:57 and to to Victoria and she did not rush me off the phone she listen to thats what made me to there I love Pandora
