The sales rep was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made me feel appreciated. She showed me various selections and even was patient with me through the trying on process. I was a little indecisive but she went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and I am very happy with my purchase.

The customer service was so fast and friendly. I signed up to make an account for warranty but now cannot access the account. Otherwise, I’m super excited to continue purchasing from pandora:)
