I wasn’t highly satisfied because a lot of the merchandise was sold out during Christmas, that’s what the sales associate told me. I also notice a link bracelet in the display box behind me and I ask her about it and she told they just got it in yesterday and she didn’t even bring it up until I seen it. The sales associate didn’t really try to hard enough to tell me about other bracelets that they just got in.

The store itself is very small. I cannot pass in between people without touching them. It's very stuffy and sometimes it feels like it's hard to breathe. If only the store was slightly larger.

The item I wanted had already been listed as 30% off on the sale tag but did not say 30 % off so I thought I would be getting the 30% percent off the listed price. I was a bit surprised when she rang up my purchase for a lot more than I expected. Unfortunately I had already committed to this item and the person receiving the item was so excited I couldn't not purchase it.

Because I believe the products are not well made and You have people convinced they are. fortunately for your company you have name recognition.

Well my birthday was this month and I got A coupon in my email to use on my next purchase. Unfortunately when I went to the in-store I was not allowed to use my coupon and it was only valid for online purchases. Sales associate was very nice and sorry that she was not able to adjust the order.

Not a big Selection service was rather slow and not very experienced sales people

The employee was very nice a pleasant she knew what she was doing, It was clean less people everyone was spaced out. I came to but another leather bracelet. I am very happy and I will be coming again. I need a bracelet with grandson and son done soon. Thank you very much.
