The sales associate tried telling me that augusts birthstone was any green and showed me anything but peridot which is my birthstone until I mentioned the one I saw online.

I was satisfied, service was awesome

I love how they treated me for my first time go in Pandora store.I love. I fall in love with my jewelry I brought.

The selection of items was disappointing. I was looking for butterflies and rainbows and only had 2 to choose from. Also the price for the items was ridiculously high.

Staff was not entirely friendly and seemed annoyed with us coming in. The girl who helped us was nice enough though. They have a better selection of charms than most Pandora stores but it still isn’t a very good selection.

Just ask pandora to provide more sales on charms and other tregits . Can you provide us with the ball to my bracelet so don't have to travel all the way to Howell Michigan because most of your customers don't have running cats and the bis line does not go that far.help me

The sales associate wasn’t the friendliest, very different from past sales associates I’ve dealt with. She was a bit pushy with trying to get me to purchase more than I wanted to.

Limited availability of charms. Low stock. Wasn’t a huge issue at all, just would have preferred matching charms.

The store was kind of small there wasn’t enough walking space other customers were bumping into each other. Montana the Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped so much. It was a little of a hassle because all the charms where scattered in different showcases, and that’s when it seemed everyone was moving and bumping into each other .
