Kelsey was the associate we dealt with, we had purchased several items a few days before and that associate forgot to wrap up one of the charms, we didn’t notice because we were looking at our purchase. Long story, this associate decided to be humorous and tell us, “double check we have all your charms, her hee” really? We sent way over $400 a few days ago the most important charm was not in the bag, so you knew, because we expressed our disappointment, we were not happy...she decided to just make it worse like it was our fault that it wasn’t packed in...

I was highly satisfied with my experience shopping at Pandora. I have no complaints, the wait to get into the store was long because it was at maximum capacity. I got in and out the store fast because I called ahead and put what I wanted on hold.
