They didn’t have the specific gift I went in to buy. Which ultimately caused me to spend more than I wanted. Also the selection for that color pieces was limited.

I would have rated my experience as highly satisfied, but my sales associate charged me twice for a charm and wrong item because she was easily distracted and overwhelmed. However, the supervisor stepped in and finished our order and corrected the issues, and apologize for the mistakes with excellent customer service and tips.

I was highly satisfied. I wish the store was a little bigger so it wouldn’t feel as cramped with people. Other than that everything was fine.

The is quality of the products are not that great. Pandora needs to be held accountable for the repair of their products after 1 year of having the goods. If Pandora could change those things I would be highly satisfied.My overall experience with sales associate 198748 was great and because of her I was will return to the store.

My sales associate was very friendly and the others associates in the store were very knowledgeable about the Pandora Merchandic. I love my purchase. I purchase 2 bracelets and 4 charms, I love them. I have a 16 year old daughter I bought her her 1st Pandora bracelet for her 16th birthday yesterday. I was satisfied with my sales associate. Thank you for the help you have provided.

The tablet wet down so they rang my purchase up again on a different tablet. Before I left I checked my account and was billed twice. They told me to wait a couple of days to see if it still shows as being double billed. I should not have to wait as I proved I was double billed.
