I am satisfied with the customer service and how I was taken care of well good customer service and greeting when customers come into the store.

I had no issues during my visit

It would be nice if they had a bigger selection of charms. If I wanted something that was not available in store the associate did not suggest to get it from another store.

I have a charm that is broken. They weren't able to pull it up in the system. So I can't exchange it.

I was highly satisfied with this pandora because they show me everything I was looking for helped me with prices and answered all of my questions

Couldn't get my 10 percent off

This was my first purchase of anything Pandora and although my assistant was helpful, I felt almost rushed into picking charms from a limited selection. When I struggled too long that's when I was given another tray of charms to look at. Price's were not of importance as much as I wanted to get what my heart was desiring so I feel she perhaps could have given me options quickly verses wait until I was done struggling with a choice. But overall I'm happy I took my time to get what I wanted for myself!
