Some of the ladies were a little unkindly and wasn’t as helpful with helping the person that was helping me.

I was looking for a pinkie ring and the smallest size they had was a 4.5. I had to purchase the 4.5 and now have another size 4 ring on to hold the lager ring on my finger. I tried on many styles of rings, and because of my job there are only certain styles I can wear that will not either pull off or pull apart the prong that holds a stone. I will try again in about 2 weeks to see if they have any other rings and maybe exchange the ring I purchased.

Was looking for birthstone charms and told they were discontinued

It was busy and I had to wait in line nothing bad on the staff they just need to start signing people in again so we can look around and not worry about our place in line.

The product I was looking for was limited.

Great Customer Service, Friendly employees, store clean

The sale associate was very pleasant when I came in the store but it seems although she had a attitude. I had asked her if there was any deals or promotions going on, she said no, but she lied, because I had received an email about a 30% being off of a few of merchandise in the store. Just overall it seems like she had a attitude.

I was satisfied

I purchased 2 clips and the sales associate did not tell me they were the silicone ones and wouldn’t fit over the knob like my other clips. I went back to Pandora and that’s when a different associate told me the difference

Because only one salesperson spoke to us everyone else didnt say anything..and they didn't tell us about the sales ..
