The person taking names at the entrance wasn’t friendly. She looked at my husband and I as if we weren’t going to purchase anything. She seemed not to like us as soon as she saw us.

When I went to the location at Twelve Oaks mall in Novi Michigan there was a very long line outside the store that I had to wait in even though I had a pick up order. A sales associate would come out about every 20 or so minutes to bring in one person who was waiting in line for a pick up order but other than that you just had to stand in an hour long line to pick up a product you already purchased.

I picked up an order. The representative was rushing, did take time to answer my question. asked for a product in the store. Trinity claim it wasn’t there. I left and came back asked for a manager. The product was in stock. This was my first and probably last at that store which was a long way from my home.
