I was disappointed in the selection items were out of stock not to much availability

The store is too small for the amount of customers it has

The person taking names at the entrance wasn’t friendly. She looked at my husband and I as if we weren’t going to purchase anything. She seemed not to like us as soon as she saw us.

it was black friday an the line was some what long but being a small store only few where aloud in but I did expect this so over all all was good

I went in to find a sun and moon rings but they didn’t have it. it disappointed me because i had expectations

We were sold a bracelet missing a diamond, And the manager gave us a hard time about exchanging it

When I went to the location at Twelve Oaks mall in Novi Michigan there was a very long line outside the store that I had to wait in even though I had a pick up order. A sales associate would come out about every 20 or so minutes to bring in one person who was waiting in line for a pick up order but other than that you just had to stand in an hour long line to pick up a product you already purchased.

My credit account said closed even though I am making payments on it.

I picked up an order. The representative was rushing, did take time to answer my question. asked for a product in the store. Trinity claim it wasn’t there. I left and came back asked for a manager. The product was in stock. This was my first and probably last at that store which was a long way from my home.

I received a bracelet on Valentine’s Day and the next day the stones came out, I purchased a chain 2nd week in January and they refused to replaced it because it broke
