The sales associate I worked with seemed very dry as if she did not want to help. Not very pleasant. Did not offer for me to see other pieces that could have been of interest to me. I felt very rushed.

I received a email about a promotion that this store was not offering. A couple items were out of stock . On top of the lady would not clean my bracelet.

I walked in and was not greeted, i had to wait 15 minutes to be served not being addressed by anyone . And received less friendliness than another customer.

Had to wait in very long line to even browse and the sales associate didn’t have a clue. The manager was not friendly

I asked for a bigger brackets because I have 13 charms on each one. Tina said it would stretch and be fine. So I took her word. 2 days I came back an asked if I need a bigger brackets . An Haley M. And Tina said they were fine and they new they were uncomfortable but it would get better. Then I bought one more charm and they said all would be fine. 3 hours later the bracket with the new charm failed it came right out of the clamp it didn't snap or unlanch it was a defective.. I am very lucky it happened at home since I'm disabled and couldn't pick all my glass charms up and blessed it was on the carpet. Now I have to go back today again and get a new size brackets.. It really upsets me about the quality..

The manager at the Taylor, Michigan Pandora store was unprofessional and rude. She was unwilling to help, and was condescending.

I was very displeased with the assistance Alexis I applied for a Pandora credit card and asked if it was a hard or soft inquiry on my credit. Alexis stated it was a soft hit until I than received an email from credit reporting agency saying it was an hard inquiry to my credit. VERY DISAPPOINTED
