The salesperson seemed angry like I was bothering to ask about items..she was rude. Dont know if I will purchase again. Store wasn't even busy..store just opened. I should have ask for another sales clerk.

Store has an issue with marketing. On 2 different occasions their sales people have given me the wrong price just due to lack of product knowledge. They won't honor their mistake because they want the commission.

When I entered the store, I felt like I was stopped before I could tour the store. I was sold a different size stopper for my bracelet with no resolution offered. Another associate that was helping my family member gave a rubber piece for my stopper and gave me ideas on how to design my bracelet. The associate's that helped weren't very friendly.

The sales associate wasn't welcoming, didn't offer any suggestions when I shared that the purchase was for my grand daughter who's a toddler. I purchased 2 charms one of which was designed for a parent. The sales associate failed to mention that on the reverse side of the charm had a mother theme. And I have to return the item because it was supposed to be for my grand daughter birthday. And I really don't want to return to this location after that experience.

The associate was rushing me and there was no one waiting to enter. There was a sale going on and almost all of the selections shown were unavailable.

I purchased the jewelry box the sales lady wanted me to walk out the store matter of fact I did with no bag this is mother's Day weekend how you not have a bag for a purchase that big very dissatisfied with the ending of my purchase

I was not satisfied with my service because I waited outside of the store for 5 mins before an employee acknowledged me. They had no customers at the time and were just talking to each other. Also my sales representative seemed to have an attitude during my visit
