The Sales associate who helped my this time wasn’t very helpful at all, she mentioned that the Howell Store had more to offer, if that’s where I wanted to go that’s where I would have chosen, she also threw a bag on the floor because it was broken, she handles my full bracelet very roughly without care.

I came in excited to purchase matching rings for my mother and I. I was quickly greeted by associate and asked what I needed. After telling her I wanted to look at rings she walked me to where I needed to go. She seemed annoyed and like we were bothering her while we were figuring out our sizes and looking for rings. It made us feel very uneasy.

The sales associate seemed bothered by my inquiries about jewelry cleaning, and resetting of my bracelets. She wasn't friendly and welcoming, no customer service effort to upsale. My shopping efforts were intentional to purchase something other than jewelry cleaner. She didn't ask or inquire.

I just purchased a pandora bracelet and it broke. I'm very disappointed with this company. I always consider pandora to have higher standards and quality. I will return the bracelet.

I went their for a pacific bracelet that another store told me they had. Traveling 22 miles with gas being 5.05 gallon was not nice
