Have a broken bracelet that was refused to be repair two chars that broke as a result of the break one bracelet that was not true to size looks like it was made for a child .have not been happy with the last few product and two charms that was not made for my bracelet with no preview of that. Bad business

The sales associate was rushing us we couldn’t even look at charms it was my bday and my daughter wanted. To buy me a charm but she was rushing us couldn’t look at any charms and when we did she was in a hurry so I wanted to take the one I got back to get a different one and she wouldn’t let me .

I went in to find a rose gold charm for my mother in law. The young girl helping me said well id have to take everything out its scattered. I ask to just look at more she said im not taking them all out you have to pick what you want. She was so rude and un professional. Worst time ever.

I visited the store in Southland mall, the store manager Kallie Cassidy was very rude and did not listen to my situation, as I was returning a Christmas gift from my 16 year old daughter. I will never return to that location again.

Store manger rude not will to help was told if I did a return could not buy anything until next Friday revived a gift wanted to return because already had those beads was told if return could not buy new items until next Friday because of the sale going on t got refund and took my money some where else I own 300 of your beads 10 bracelet also my sister was with me she was also she could not buy anything because they could be for me not sure if this is good for your business. I explain to her I could order them online and then she said she wouldn’t do the return because during the sale you can’t do both so I did return and went to a independent jewelry store Iam also closing my pandora card Manger said several times that is pandora policy

I purchased a bracelet, two charms, and a stopper. When the associate bagged the items up for me and wrapped them. As I got to my car, I noticed the stopper was not located in the box nor bag at all. Just the bracelet and the two charms. I went back into the store to tell the associate about it and they claimed that I took the stopper out myself and tried to “get free merchandise”. I was accused of lying and stealing right after spending over $300 in the store. I was not given my stopper that I paid for at all nor given a refund.
