as soon as my boyfriend and i walked in there, they welcomed us which was completely fine. we knew exactly what we wanted so we were ready to purchase the ring. we stood at the counter and the sales associates just kept looking at us and laughing and made me feel very uncomfortable and that is something i shouldn’t have to experience. next time, i’ll stick to buying the jewelry online so i don’t have to deal with your crappy associates

I'm so sorry in taking this survey I was check the wrong box I love this store very clean, sales person did everything to get my products and wait on me she was very good and the store was cleaned neat keep up the good work

The customer service was terrible and I was at the store about weeks ago and they had plenty of the nana charms that I wanted but when I came back she told me no and would not look made me feel real uncomfortable..
