My associate was a woman named Tina @ your Southland mall location in Taylor MI... she was amazing & the patience of a saint LOL... I made a large purchase and together we redesigned my bracelet... she made the experience very enjoyable

This is my favorite pandora location in the Detroit area. The staff here is hands down the nicest and funniest retail workers I’ve ever encountered, you can tell they really like their jobs. They have me buying stuff I don’t even need lol!

The store was really clean. The speed of my service was really fast. As soon as I walked up I was greeted. The collection was great.

This was my second visit/experience with Gabby G. She was as usual friendly and very attentive. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, which I really appreciated. Thank you Gabby, you are very knowledgeable and very good at what you do!! It doesn't go unnoticed!!

Bree was very helpful and had many good suggestions based on what I was looking for. Great communication and fast and friendly service. Everyone I've been helped by has been very knowledgeable and even during the holidays this store tends to have fast service.
