I ordered my merchandise online. When it arrived we realized that it was too small. The women at the southland location were incredible. They went out of their way to go to the second location in the mall to get the bracelet that fit and was the style we wanted. Nothing but respect for that.

The associate helped me find the rings I needed and even checked my account to help figure out the right sizes
