I knew what I wanted asked choose and was out can't get no better than that

I came into the store to make a purchase and get my jewelry cleaned. I was impressed by the quality of customer service I received from Nastajya. I hope I spelled that right! I wasn’t too happy when I had to return the same day to resolve an issue but not only did she show kindness and patience but also sold me another product! Now days you don’t see great customer survive anywhere and to be able to experience was great! Please keep her :)

This store is very prejudice, I have been in this store several times and the store only have white sales associates and they don't service you if you are black. Today I went in the store and there was a black sales associate and she greeted me as soon as I entered the store, she was professional and I bought 2 charms from her and will go back in a couple of days and buy 2 more. Thank you for hiring her.

I utilize pandora because my wife loves the jewelry. She wanted a pair of earrings and you had exactly what she wanted. Pandora is always my go to spot
