I needed to exchange and bracelet that I ordered on line. It was to small. The Associate was very helpful and did the exchange quickly.

I was satisfied with the service I received after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting because certain employees didn't want to wait on me. They walked pass me as if I were invisible. Then had the new employee wait on me and she did a GREAT JOB!!..SOUTHGATE LOCATION in the mall. But I was shown everything I asked and she was very patient and knowledgeable to be a new employee.... I would never visit this location again due to the way employees handled me. The employee walked right pass me to help a man that had came in after ME, JUST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
