Great Place and care about out customers

I went to 2 stores. The store at 12 oaks mall was very pleasant and sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable . The other store at southland mall was very prejudice and not helpful, didn't really want to help me but the other white ladies were not going to help me so after she finished her customer she helped me in a hurry just to get me out of the store. I had been there before and said I wouldn't go back, but this time I won't. I will go to 12 oaks to be serviced as a customer not refused because I'm black. By the way I was dressed nice and I was pleasant during my visit at Pandora .

My sales representative was a new trainee however she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a new pandora customer but she made my experience easy and enjoyable!

The saleswoman was really nice and helpful, It was my first time getting a charm bracelet and she walked me through everything and helped me choose the charms I wanted

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of My Sales Person Lasonya , She educates me on my Pandora purchases and how to take care of them .

The sales staff made the purchase very easy. They were friendly and quick and even helped with some suggestions. They explained how everything work so that if I had any issues or needed the purchase to be resized how it would all work

They was friendly and I didn’t have a problem with nothing they answered my question and even told me about what deals they do have
