I came into the store with a couple of bracelets that the clasps were loose/broken. The young lady that assisted me checked my past orders and gave me new bracelets to replace the clasps that were loose. The absolute best customer service. The ladies represented themselves WELL. Grateful to have my bracelets i thought were no good replaced!!!

There was no wait. Sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store had plenty of salesmen to devote time to each individual.

The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. I frequent this location because the manager Kallie always treats me like I'm here favorite customer (I think I am lol) the girls there are always smiling and you can tell they love their jobs

I was amazed as soon as we walked in how quickly we were helped. Plus the associate knew what ring I was asking to see. There was some many others to choose from she made my first time going into pandora's a very happy one!!

Variety

Alexis was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Where I was unsure, she helped me with options to my taste. Not only did the store have the ring I wanted for my daughter, I purchased a little dazzle for myself also. I can’t wait to add on to it.
