Nicole E was very, very helpful. She was polite and did a great job in arranging the charms on my bracelets. Nicole knew the charms and listened to what I wanted and showed me the charms she thought I would like. Great job.

Kelsey was wonderful. Very customer orientated. The only thing I am unhappy about is she suggested a smaller bracelet and I listened although it was my choice I am unhappy with the smaller size, it is uncomfortable. The fault is not Kelsey's. I will call the store today to see if I can exchange for a larger size. Thank you I Kelsey H. for alwsome service.
