The store was very busy. It took a little while to be called in. But everyone was friendly and got what I needed right away.

The Sales Consultant, Nicole, was very personal and professional. She is knowledgeable about the product and advised us of new personalized custom items that are in the store.

My salesperson, Gabby, was so personable and very knowledgeable about all Pandora items. She spent a lot of time with me, even delaying her dinner that was delivered while I was there. She also saved me 10% on my purchases by suggesting opening up a Pandora charge. I will definitely call ahead and ask for her specifically the next time I visit this store.

Perfect for gift giving. Nice keepsake for daughters and granddaughters. I can pick out charms that represent a piece of my life.
