Came for 2 certain charms and the store had the exact ones I was looking for.

Pandora’s ability to capture life’s moments keeps me coming back. My rating is based on Pandora in general versus this particular experience. The sales associated that I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly; however, it’s the beginning of June and the birthstone wasn’t available.

My sales person was really nice. I had to do an exchange and she remembered my son whom she helped the day pick out my birthday gift the day before

The cashier was very friendly and patient, she helped me out and show me items that I might be interested in and told me about how I can get 10% off future orders.

I was never thought about buying anything from Pandora but my boyfriend got me the rose gold bracelet and soon after I just wanted to start buying charms. There are so many and they’re so pretty I want to decorate my bracelet now. I didn’t realize what I was missing out on. Basically, it’s a hobby now

the clerk was showed us the charms we wanted. She knew where to find the charms we wanted. She showed us the new spring and summer charms, and that was what we purchased.

Associate were very quick and speedy with their service. I changed my mind on my clips and our sales person was incredibly kind and understanding about it!

I didn't catch the names of those helping me but it was excellent service! I knew I wanted a charm bracelet but wasn't exactly sure what kind of charms I wanted but the staff provided a lot of helpful advice and suggestions

I wanted to return the bracelet that I had purchased on the 3rd of the month and I was able to do this without any problem. The sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. She inform me of some things that I can purchase at my next visit. I felt more comfortable being a Senior with her great service.
