My sales associate was extremely friendly. It only did she help me find the bracelet I was looking for she also sold me 4 additional charms to go along with it

I was satisfied with the experience because the store was very clean and welcoming. The staff were very nice and had a good knowledge of their product. Everything in there was gorgeous! My girlfriend loved the charms I got her and the associate helped us look through a selection of Disney charms.

The friendly staff and service was the best. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed. This was my first Pandora bracelet and I had know idea what or how to put them together.

Came in with tarnished earrings, Tina and Kelsey came to my rescue. They cleaned my earrings and taught me how to clean my jewelry. Very nice and understanding. Tina even cleaned my favorite earrings making them look new again!! Thank you very much Kelsey and Tina!!!!

Brandy has helped me with all of my purchases, she is well knowledgeable on the products & has informed me on things I need for my bracelet. I will only go to Brandy because she is an amazing associate!
