The lady at the store was very nice and pleasant. It was some very nice jewelry and the store. I will be buying more charms soon.

I do not have to agree with the outcome to enjoy the experience.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly. I knew what I wanted to exchange for, and I found another item I loved even more. She went through the entire process for how to clean my Pandora jewelry which I had asked about.
