The wait was not bad for being the day before Valentine's day, they had a lot of staff working. Great customer service. Had what I wanted and was not sold out.

I came to the mall to look for a charm that was in stock according to the website. When I got there, there were 2 locations, a store and a kiosk. They didn't have what I was looking for at the store but the kiosk did! It was the last one in stock and since there was a buy 2 get 1 free sale and I got the charm I wanted for free. I was very happy with my purchase.

Sales girl was really nice and I appreciated her insight into the product. Was bummed there wasn't a lot of stock because shipping was slowed etc., but I get that these are the times we live it, that wasn't her fault. She was able to help me with my purchase, no issues, she was very helpful and was polite during the whole experience.

The associate was very helpful and when I bought 2 charms she informed me that there was a sale for buy 2 get 1 free.
