Because the salesperson rung up the wrong size bracelet they were saying if they took my broken bracelet back it would mess up there inventory. I brought the bracelet on a trip in Atlanta and I live here in Michigan. After going back and forth with the manager, they exchanged it for me.

The sales associates were incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire visit. Exchange of bracelets had no issues and bracelet fitting/info was helpful. Picking out remaining charms/merchandise was fun and prices were fair.

The sale associate talked to me about Harry Potter because I was purchasing the Harry Potter collection pieces. I told her I would be back next Friday for the golden snitch as she told me that Pandora may not get more. She then put it on hold for me until next Friday so I can purchase during the 35% off sale I’m so excited!

The cashier was knowledgeable of the products I was looking for quickly. We had great customer service with our cashier. And they had plenty of cashiers in store to serve customers and I loved that.
