Breanne was in training but did an excellent job helping me with my transactions. Which could have been considered difficult as a trainee. Even when she did need assistance from her manager/coworkers it was easy to see that she was a fast learner and would be will be an asset

The store was set up to receive and service customers per pandemic protocol. Tina, my sales associate was friendly, professional, and well versed in Pandora's products and services. She sought out assistance from other staffers when her I-pad/card reader malfunctioned during my transaction, not once but twice. Apparently, it's a common problem when paying with gift cards. Overall, I had an exceptional time shopping Pandora!

I like how the team leader, Brandy ensured that everyone in the store was being taken care of with excellent customer service. She ensured that her team was knowledgable and understood the concerns of the people they were servicing.

Sale Associate was very nice and patience with me and my daughter.

I had an idea of a theme for a new bracelet and my salesperson Rachel was able to show me a variety of charms in that theme. She patiently read the engravings where the print was too small for me to read. The store was well lit, clean and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant.

The wait was not long and the lady who helped me was patient and friendly she made it a good experience
