Sales representative was knowledgeable about what I came for. Sales representative was very attentive to my needs. All merchandise that I wanted was inside store.

The store closed 5 minutes before I got there & the manager who recognized me and let us in and we were able to make our purchase of 3 charms we wanted, thank you Kallie-Manager.

The sales associate Kelsey was super helpful. I was having a hard time picking a charm for my bracelet which I bought both that day. Kelsey was super patient with me and was helping put her opinion in as well.

The salea person greeted me promptly as I entered the store. She showed me what I waa looking for and something I hadn't thought to buy. I ended up purchasing both items. Although when I arrived home I had a flyer to get a free bracelet with a 125 purchase. Had she told me that I would have purchased more.
