The sales associate answered all my questions, was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about ring sizes. She located the merchandise quickly and answered any other questions or concerns that I had.

Kallie was extremely helpful. She was very friendly and answered all the questions that I had regarding the Harry Potter line. She made shopping and looking at charms easy.

The store was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

I went to the store in Southland Mall in Michigan, my first time at this store and I was completely amazed by how helpful everyone was in the store. How organized and clean they were. The product knowledge they had about the items I wanted and also cross sold me other items I was not aware of. Normally I go to a regular jewelry store that has a Pandora section but after my visit to the actual store I will ALWAYS go to the actually store and the store I went to yesterday for all my jewelry.. I have already told others about this location and plan to return next week for the other items. Their customer service is UNMATCHED!

Wonderful shopping experience. My sales associate, Nastassja W, was awesome! I came in with a list of the charms I wanted to purchase & she knew exactly which ones I wanted with no hesitation. Her thorough knowledge of the merchandise made the transaction go through very smoothly. Two-thumbs up on excellent customer service!!

I spoke with the sales associate Brandy over the phone the day before I picked up my item. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She didn’t have to ask if I wanted to hold the ring I inquired about. She just took down my information immediately and told me that it will be there when I’m ready to pick it. That was the best customer service I have had in a long time. I plan to go back in a few weeks to buy more charms! I will only deal with Brandy her personality is awesome!!!
