The associate that helped me knew exactly what I was talking about, even when I referred it items as 'thingys'. I am fairly new to Pandora and she made it a great experience. I was shopping for my mothers birthday and she was very detailed on exchange policy is something should not fit. The cleanliness of the store was top notch. I noticed continuance in cleaning off surfaces. The only thing I dont care for about this store is the size. It is very hard to move around.
