I was highly satisfied, because it wasn’t a wait. The store was quiet and clean . The Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable.

I appreciated the sales associate helping me find charms I would like in the price range I was looking to stay in. I also appreciated the help I received before arriving to the store I was able to order a charm from the book even though it was not in the store.

The store is beautiful! My sales associate was so friendly and warm, she made me feel like a VIP! What I came in for was not in stock, but she expertly guided me to something else that I absolutely loved. The store manager also came over and greeted me warmly. Loved my experience.

I came in for a return that I had purchased pre COVID-19. I contacted support about my exchange and they told me to take it when stores opened back up. Well, they didn't tell me there was a deadline, which had passed. I showed my emails, what was said, the lack of information, and that I had been avoiding public places, especially Malls due to a compromised autoimmune disease. The store associate was unhelpful, but the manager was very understanding and took the initiative to make sure i was a satisfied, returning customer. Great customer service is hard to come by, especially with all this going on, so I am super grateful for her
