Very professional and enjoyed the whole experience. Traveling through Phoenix and don’t live close to other locations so that is why i probably will not return soon.

Joe is always personable and seems to know the areas to relieve my stress. I was hoping he would be available next week to book with him another massage but he was not. I will try again another day.

The manager tried to make me feel guilty for not signing up for a membership after I said I need to think about it: specifically when my wife was paying the manager said but you would save $50 if he signed up today.

EXCELLENT service! The facial was very relaxing and I left with a fully moistured face. Everone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Professional and very comfortable!! The massage therapist was very knowledgeable on prenatal massage and care. The only issue was I wish I got the 90 minutes!

The staff is amazing. The rooms are always so clean and my massage therapist is the best I have ever had. I cannot think of a bad thing to say about Hand and Stone.
