Frieda was excellent in her massage. I have visited her along with other therapists there before, and everyone has been great.

My experience at Hand and Stone has always been exceptional. In my latest visit I’d like to recognize two people. First my masseuse Michele. She was thoughtful with where she applied pressure and knowledgeable on my problem areas. I’d also like to acknowledge the front desk associate who enrolled me into the membership program. I have an awful memory but she has short black hair and she is on the younger side. She was FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY. Overall experience was amazing. 10/10 stars.

The music and the sound quality is terrible. Get a better sound delivery system and justdo tibetian bowls sounds instead of cheesy elevator new age music! My only complaint!!!

I have been a member of hand and stone for about 3 years. Overall I have been very satisfied with the services and products I have received. The only thing I could criticize would be the turnover of the estiticians. I believe I have had 5 now in that time frame. I like to develop report with them and also for them to know my skins and behaviors to better I price the service and self care routine. My favorite so far is the one I've currently been seeing for about 9 months now is leaving this month and I am never enthusiastic about starting over with someone new.

Staff is always friendly. Frieda is very skilled at targeting problem areas. Location is convenient.

Music system poor quality static, hollow sounding. I always have them shut it off in my room. I miss meditative music and feel it could be higher quality or each therapist have their own set up and move away from generic.

Frieda is the best! I will not go to anyone else. I wish it was an option to be able to play your own playlist during a massage because sometimes the music that is on isn’t very relaxing (seagull noises or babies squealing)

Awesome massage. Friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. Felt so relaxed. The CBD oil was a good addition

Great first time experience, will be coming back.
