My facial was just what i needed and skin looked good. The massage was very relaxing and thorough and she was attentive to the fact i had a foot injury and she worked around it and she was aware. Hot stone and the special stones was great.

I liked all the ads on options that were available. I felt there was extra care taken, hot towel under my neck, warm towel to wipe down any excess oil, water offered in the lobby and after my massage. Great overall experience.

The initial receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me lots of information and time to meet my needs. When I went in for the massage - the receptionist was trying to do a phone call and have me register - confusing for me. She also wanted to charge me more than the 1st receptionist.

Joe did a nice massage and was particularly good with my calves, feet, and hands.

I always feel welcomed by the receptionist who uses my first name. My regular massage therapist knows me and consistently gives me a wonderfully relaxing massage experience. She always offers me water following my massage. Also the bathroom is always very clean.

just the receptionist should be kind towards each other, even if they dont like each other.

The only negative thing was I requested she wear a mask but she didn’t. Otherwise everything was wondee

Drea was amazing, super knowledgeable, very skilled, lovely to receive services from. And I'd love to return to have her specifically - I was delighted and felt so taken care of! And when I booked the appointment, the receptionist (Olive, I believe?) was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and got me in right away in the perfect timing for me. Amazing. And then when I arrived the new receptionist there was also wonderful. Great experience overall!
