Wonderful therapist. However it is very hard to get an appointment that works for my schedule. Appointments are not available for 4 or 5 days. It is hard to pre plan so I would to more often if same day or next day available.

Frida is amazing! She is knowledgeable and responsive. I have particular sports injuries/issues and she really knows how to address them. At first I didn’t like the corporate feel, but Frida makes up for it

Even though my appointment was booked with short notice, they were able to accommodate me sooner than expected. The receptionist was so nice, and Jill, my massage therapist was AMAZING as usual.
