My appointment was effortless on my end. Both the receptionist, and esthetician’s friendliness was calming and reassuring. I appreciated the knowledge and help about the products and services.

Since reopening I have felt comfortable and safe with the safety protocols you have implemented. My new esthetician has been great so far! Since coming to hand and stone my overall skin quality has been slowly improving.

Jessica was one of the best massage therapist I’ve had at any Hand and Stone location. She was friendly, really seems to enjoy her job, and her technique was excellent. I will try to schedule all my future massages with her at this location.

Niko and Natalie were absolutely amazing! Niko seemed to know what my problem areas were although I didn't specify any and Natalie educated me on my skin issues. I felt like I was hanging with a friend. Best H&S experience I've ever had.

The second I walk into the door I’m always being helped out at the front desk. Nico, my massage therapist is great and is always helpful when I’m needing to either relieve pain throughout my massage or help me relax.
