I had a good experience with the Facial. Becky was knowledgeable and kind. The experience was relaxing, and even though it was just yesterday, I feel like I can see a positive difference with my skin.

My requests were fulfilled during the massage and she did an amazing job as well.

My original therapist couldn't make it in. They were able to find another therapist within one hour of my appointment. She provided an amazing massage. Now I have 2 fantastic therapists to choose between.

Massage therapist Joe is great! Great pressure and technique. I would suggest more envelopes in each room for tipping. Possibly a small mirror on counter or on back of door - my hair always looks crazy after a massage. I would also suggest a add-on fee for allowing guest to stay in room (to ease out of massage) instead of rushing to get dressed and get out of room. I would pay $15 for a 30 minute transition time after the massage. It looks like you have plenty of rooms.

Joe is very professional and takes his time to get to know me and what my goals are for every session. He checks in to make sure pressure is appropriate during the massage and only interacts and talks to me if I initiate conversation allowing for maximum relaxation

The Miller location is EXCELLENT. I drive 30 minutes just for their facials. Tatum and Cactus SUCKS
