We were the only customers in store at the time as we went early hoping to avoid crowds. The store was laid out well with a good range of products and clear pricing guides on each product. Melvyn was our assistant and he was very knowledgeable, took cues from me on the type of product I was looking for and was able to easily direct my search. He had options on various price levels and made me aware of these without being pushy on the higher priced items. He knew the products and options and gave a high level of service. I almost dread going to stores like this as feel the sales staff can hound you the minute you walk in but this definitely wasn't the case. The right level of input from him and giving us time to consider options, completing the sale efficiently when we had selected. I was pleased with my shopping experience here

Both staff members were chatty, friendly and put me at ease with Covid safety issues. They were both understanding of my needs relating to the purchase.
