This is my first visit to Dream store. I visited yesterday utilised the electronic assessment technology to identify the appropriate mattress for my needs. Which was quite an interesting but pleasant experience. David the advisor was very knowledgeable friendly while still being professional. I choose between 2 beds and brought my husband back the following day to look and confirm our choice. Decided to buy using the interest free credit as there was no discount for cash sale. Pleased that there is a 30 day period to change mattress if it is not to our liking as. It is a very expensive item to buy I’d it is not found to be comfortable. Just waiting for my mattress now to be delivered which was a shorter time than I expected. Happy with purchasing process and took out the extra cover. David did help to make the experience more enjoyable. I did look around a few other local stores. But returned to Dreams.

The options to test mattresses was a big plus for me, much prefer to try rather than buy inline. Also liked the trial period and the ability to extend warranty. Melvin was the assistant that helped me: just the right amount of supportive advice and information, great customer service from him including offering a coffee or tea! Would shop here again.

I went to the Wakefield store, and I couldn’t fault anything. No pushy sales, I did find my dream bed though 😃😃
