I went to the Wakefield store, and I couldn’t fault anything. No pushy sales, I did find my dream bed though 😃😃

The coding of the mattress was an excellent way of describing the products and finding the mattress in store. We were given excellent information about the products. We were encourage to try the mattress and there was no pressure to but something not suitable. We were allowed to make our own mind up. Brill.

Great customer service, not pushy but mad sure we need they we there if we needed them. Explained all the beds and mattress really well very helpful and listened to what we were looking for and why. Lovely genuine person wanting to help and very honest about each bed frame and mattress. Great experience even in these strange times.

Quick and easy to choose mattress. Despite a system glitch on the booking of the delivery the staff resolved and phoned us back really quickly instead of us having to wait in store.
