The gentleman knew all the answers to our questions and our needs he was so informative I was blown away by his knowledge , definitely using dreams again

Jason, the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy and enabled my husband and I to make an informed choice about which bed we wished to buy.

The advisor in store was so helpful. He made us feel at ease straightaway and gave us chance to explain exactly what we were looking for. He assisted throughout our visit. He was knowledgeable and gave us great advice.

Omar was a brilliant representative for Dreams. He was professional and friendly and did not pressure me to purchase. Omar suggested I use the Dreams Sleepmatch machine, which was really useful and good fun. All in all, it made buying a bed quite a nice way to spend 3/4 hour rather than being a real chore. Thanks Omar and Jason, well done.

Excellent in store service, clean simply laid out store with a big selection.

The staff were excellent and were very patient as we couldn’t make a decision, people helped us David (whiskers) and Jason, we felt no pressure to purchase will definitely go back to this shop again.
