The sales advisor David who looked after me was very helpful. He explained the different types of beds and helped me decide which one would be best for me. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new bed.

I went in unsure of what mattress/bed to purchase, Omar came over to say hello and assist, advised me to try out the sleepmatch machine to see which mattress might be the best, he was very helpful in finding the mattress that was the best for me, including listening to problems, the way I sleep and he was not in any way pushy towards any product which meant I felt comfortable in choosing the best for me, he was very friendly and helpful and made me want to buy a bed from him because he was so lovely, I was torn on which bed to buy and Omar went out of his way to help me choose including ensuring I could lift and lower the ottoman I had chosen and moving bedside tables to colour match, I purchased a storage box and two bedside tables that I had not even considered but I am eternally grateful I was shown, he arranged appropriate delivery and seemed to genuinely care that I had everything I needed and sorted out, the manager in store was lovely, offered and made an excellent cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. It was the best bed shopping experience and I will be recommending Dreams to anyone and everyone that will listen to me excitable talk about them!
