Omar explained the pros and cons of all varieties of beds - we were drawn to 2 different models and he went out of his way to show us as much as possible regarding both models.

The man in the store was very polite and listened to what I wanted, he showed me everything that fitted with my preference and explained everything in detail. He didn’t push for me to purchase, and allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted looking around the store. He offered to make me a cup of tea which I thought was very nice. I was impressed by products in the store and the broad range of beds.

No pushy salesmen we had a wonder round help was available when needed we purchased on second visit nice friendly staff we had texts telling us when item would be delivered it arrived exactly when they said it would delivery lads placed bed where I wanted it all in all a pleasant experience at last a firm who has. got it right well done dreams

We was welcomed by Melvyn straight away and he made me and my partner feel very welcome,He listened to our needs and what we needed within a bed,He gave us options,let us test and advised what would be best,He made us a cup of tea and left us to see what we preferred,He was not a pushy salesmen one bit,I would give him 5 stars for customer care,He helped us to get what we needed without the problem of money as was able to spread the cost,One great gent
